Support, Where to Actually Get Help
May 7, 2026
Dear RWANFTFI community!
Quick word about support, because we've been getting a lot of questions, and we want to be straight with you about how this works right now.
First, the practical part. We've added official support contacts. They're listed on the website under the Support section, and we'll duplicate them right here so there's zero confusion:
📧 [email protected] 💬 Telegram: @RWANFTFIDOTCOM
Those are the only two channels. If a message comes from anywhere else claiming to be us, it isn't us.
Now, the honest part.
We know the support flow right now isn't perfect. We see it. An improved support system is on the way (and we mean actually on the way, not "coming soon" in the crypto sense). Until that rolls out, here's how to use what we have without getting stuck.
Before you write to us, open the White Paper.
We're not saying that to push you off. We're saying it because we genuinely sat down and broke down 99% of the questions people ask in there. NFT levels, marketing structure, DA mechanics, mining cycles, lending, balances, fees, frozen balance, autobuy, all of it. The White Paper isn't a marketing brochure. It's the actual documentation, written so you can find the answer in two minutes instead of waiting in a queue.
So when should you actually contact support?
Use the support channels for serious things. Critical bugs that block you from using the platform. Account security issues. Anything where something's genuinely broken or you suspect your account is compromised. That's what the team is there for, and that's where we can actually help fast.
For everything else (how does this feature work, how do I do X, what does Y mean) the White Paper will get you there quicker than we can.
One more thing, and this one matters.
The administration never writes first. Never.
Not on Telegram. Not on Instagram. Not in DMs on X. Not in your inbox out of nowhere. If somebody messages you first claiming to be from RWANFTFI, offering help, asking for your seed phrase, asking you to "verify" your wallet, sending you a link to "claim a reward", it's a scam. Every single time.
Always double-check our contacts against the official ones on rwanftfi.com. The Support section on the site is the source of truth. If something looks off, trust your instinct and verify.
We're building this together, and we'll keep upgrading the support experience as we go. Thanks for the patience while the proper system gets built.
Stay safe. Read the docs. Verify the source.
