Phase 2 Is Coming - The Next Chapter Begins

Every protocol has moments that separate "before" from "after."
For RWANFTFI, one of those moments is almost here. The transition to Phase 2 is being prepared right now - and it's coming soon.
This is not a feature update or a cosmetic release. Phase 2 is a structural upgrade of the entire ecosystem, written into the White Paper from day one, verified in the audited contracts, and activated the only way this protocol activates anything fundamental: by DAO vote.
Here's what it means, what stands behind it, and what the road ahead looks like.
What Phase 2 actually is
Phase 2 is the ecosystem upgrade defined in the protocol's roadmap. When the DAO vote passes and executes, the following changes go live on-chain:
Marketing levels 16 through 22 unlock. Today, Tree Distribution pays through levels 2-15. Phase 2 activates the deepest layers of the structure - levels 16 to 22. These levels open at the protocol level, and the Infinity NFT (L10) is the tier that can earn through the full 22 levels of depth. For builders with large teams, this is the moment the lower floors of your structure start paying. Positions you placed months ago, far below your current earning depth, become income-generating.
Sponsor Bonus rebalances. The new-sale Sponsor Bonus adjusts from 30% to 20%, aligning with the rebuy rate. This is the planned, documented rebalancing that shifts more weight toward depth - rewarding those who build structures, not only those who make first-touch sales.
Governance begins to widen. Phase 2 also marks the start of governance redistribution - the documented path from 21 governance wallets toward up to 101, expanding decision-making power across qualified Leaders without minting a single new GovToken.
One important thing about how this happens: none of this is flipped on by the team. Every parameter change in Phase 2 goes through the standard DAO process - 30% submission threshold, 50% majority to pass. The same governance pipeline that has already been tested live, in front of everyone. All values stay inside the on-chain ranges fixed at deployment and verified in the CertiK audit. No new code, no widened bounds - just pre-built, pre-audited mechanics being switched on by community vote.
That's what "soon" means here: the machinery is ready. What remains is the vote.
What launches with it - the Fast Start Program
Right after the Phase 2 transition, we're launching the Fast Start Program.
The logic is simple: a new phase deserves new momentum. The Fast Start Program is designed to reward the people who move quickly and decisively at the start of this chapter - those who build early, while the new structure depth is fresh.
Full details, conditions, and mechanics will be published separately, closer to launch. What we'll say now: if you've been waiting for the right moment to get active, the opening of Phase 2 will be exactly that moment.
What's cooking behind it - FinPro
While the Phase 2 transition is being finalized, the team is working at full intensity on the first FinPro product.
FinPro is RWANFTFI's financial products line - the layer where the protocol moves beyond marketing structure and starts operating as real financial infrastructure. The first product in that line is in active development right now. It's at a serious stage of the pipeline - not an idea on a slide, but a product being built, tested, and prepared for release.
We don't announce dates we can't guarantee. What we can tell you is that this is the team's central focus after the Phase 2 transition, and it's moving fast.
And the big one - the Debit Card
Now, the part of the roadmap we're most ambitious about.
We are building the RWANFTFI Debit Card - and we're building it to be one of the best debit card programs on the market. Not "a card that works." A card whose service level, conditions, and loyalty program are designed to compete with the strongest offerings in the industry.
Two things are happening in parallel right now:
1. The waitlist is being prepared. Before the card goes live, we'll open a waitlist so the community gets structured, early access. Details on how to join will be announced.
2. The loyalty program is being designed. This is where the "one of the best on the market" claim will be earned - a rewards and benefits system built specifically around the card, developed right now alongside the core product.
Honest expectation-setting: the Debit Card is the furthest item on this list. It's a serious product with serious infrastructure behind it - card issuing, payment rails, compliance - and that kind of product takes time to do properly. It will not arrive next week, and we won't pretend otherwise. But it is in active development, the foundation for it exists (an audited protocol, a UKIPO-registered trademark, a properly structured corporate entity - exactly what card issuers and payment partners require), and every week brings it closer.
The order of things
So the sequence ahead looks like this:
1. Phase 2 transition - coming soon, activated by DAO vote.
2. Fast Start Program - launching right after the transition.
3. First FinPro product - in active development, the team's central focus.
4. Debit Card - waitlist and loyalty program in preparation, the long game done right.
No dates you'd have to take on faith. Just a clear order, real work behind every item, and a track record of shipping what we document.
How far this has come
Step back for a second and look at what's already behind us.
A CertiK audit, completed and public. A DAO that isn't theoretical - it has executed real votes, enabled and disabled production functions, and even recovered a stolen account for a community member. A UKIPO-registered trademark. A published brand guide. Over $2.1M in rewards already paid out. A community across more than 70 countries.
Every one of those was a prerequisite. You don't unlock deeper structure layers, launch financial products, or partner with card issuers on top of an unaudited, unregistered, untested protocol. The quiet, unglamorous work came first - on purpose.
That foundation is what makes this next chapter possible.
